【摘要】:ThispartofISO6149specifiesdimensions,perform-ancerequirementsandtestproceduresformetricadjustableandnon-adjustableheavy-duty(Sseries)studendsandO-rings.StudendsinaccordancewiththispartofISO6149maybeusedatworkingpressuresupto63MPa(630bar)fornon-adjustablestudends,and40MPa(400bar)foradjustablestudends.Thepermissibleworkingpressuredependsuponthestudendsize,materials,design,workingconditions,application,etc.Forthreadedportsandstudendsspecifiedinnewdesignsinhydraulicfluidpowerapplications,onlyISO6149istobeused.ThreadedportsandstudendsinaccordancewithISO1179andISO11926arenottobeusedfornewdesignsinhydraulicfluidpowerapplications.ConformancetothedimensionalinformationinthispartofISO6149doesnotguaranteeratedperform-ance.Eachmanufacturershouldperformtestingac-cordingtothespecificationcontainedinthispartofISO6149toassurethatcomponentscomplywiththeperformanceratings.NOTE1Asignificantnumberoftestshavebeencon-ductedtoconfirmtheperformancerequirementsofcon-nectionendsmadefromcarbonsteel.ThispartofISO6149appliestofittingsdetailedinISO8434-1,ISO8434-3andISO8434-4.note:1)1bar=0,1MPa=10Pa;1MPa=1N/mm
