【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesahorizontalmethodfortheenumerationofviablepresumptiveBacilluscereusbymeansofthecolony-counttechniqueat30℃.Itisapplicableto—productsintendedforhumanconsumptionandthefeedingofanimals,and—environmentalsamplesintheareaoffoodproductionandfoodhandling.NOTEInordertohaveapracticabletestmethod,theconfirmatorystagehasbeenrestrictedtothetypicalaspectonMYPagarandthehaemolysistest.Thustheterm"presumptive"hasbeenintroducedinordertoacknowledgethefactthattheconfirmatorystagedoesnotenablethedistinctionofB.cereusfromothercloselyrelatedbutlesscommonlyencounteredBacillusspecies,suchasB.anthracis,B.thuringiensis,B.weihenstephanensis,B.mycoides.AnadditionalmotilitytestmayhelptodifferentiateB.cereusfromB.anthracisincaseswherethepresenceofthelatterissuspected.
