【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversagroupofcommonrequirementsthat,unlessotherwisespecifiedinthematerialspecification,applytohot-rolledandcold-rolledalloysteelsheetandstripundereachofthefollowingspecifications:A506,A507,andA873/A873M.1.2Incaseofanyconflictinrequirements,therequirementsoftheindividualmaterialspecificationshallprevailoverthoseofthisgeneralspecification.1.3Thepurchasermayspecifyadditionalrequirementswhichdonotnegateanyoftheprovisionsofthisgeneralspecificationoroftheindividualmaterialspecification.Suchadditionalrequirements,theacceptanceofwhicharesubjecttonegotiationwiththesupplier,mustbeincludedintheorderinformation(see).1.4Forpurposesofdeterminingconformancewiththisspecificationandthevariousmaterialspecificationsreferencedin,valuesshallberoundedtothenearestunitintheright-handplaceoffiguresusedinexpressingthelimitingvaluesinaccordancewiththeroundingprovisionsofTestMethodsandDefinitionsA370andTestMethods,Practices,andTerminologyA751.
