【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesdimensions,materialsandperformancerequirements(includingmethodsoftest)forhydraulicsafetygroups,ofnominalsizesfromDN15toDN40,havingworkingpressuresfrom0,1MPa(1bar)to0,7MPa(7bar).Hydraulicsafetygroupsareintendedforfittingtothecoldwatersupplyofstoragewaterheaters,havingamaximumdistributiontemperatureof95℃,forallenergysources.Hydraulicsafetygroupscontrolandlimitthepressureinhotwaterheatersandprevent,byonefunction,thebackflowofwarmwaterintothecircuit,andthecontaminationofwaterinthewaterheatersbythedischargedwater.Hydraulicsafetygroupsdonotcontrolthetemperaturebutalonemayascertainthehydraulicsafetyofwaterheatersifthemechanicalresistanceofthewaterheaterremainsatleastequaltotheratingpressure.NOTE:Theuseofthedevicespecifiedinthisstandarddoesnotoverridetheneedtousecontrols(e.g.thermostatsandcut-outs)whichactdirectlyonthepowersourcesofwaterheaters.note:1)Allpressuresaregaugeunlessotherwisestated.
