【摘要】:ThepurposeofthispartofIEC60706isto—-provideguidancefortheearlyconsiderationoftestabilityaspectsindesignanddevelopment；——assistindeterminingeffectivetestproceduresasanintegralpartofoperationandmaintenance．ThisInternationalStandardcanbeappliedtoalltypesofproductswhichmayincludecommercialoff—the-shelf(COTS)items．Inthisrespect,itdoesnotmatterwhethertheproductbelongstomechanical,hydraulic,electricalorsomeothertechnology．Inaddition,thisInternationalStandardappliestothedevelopmentofanyproducts．withtheaimofdesigningtheproductcharacteristicsSOthattheyareverifiable(testable)．TheobjectiveofthisInternationalstandardistoensurethatprerequisitesrelatingtothetestabilityofproductsaredefinedinthepreliminaryphasesofdevelopment,laiddownbythecustomer,implemented,documentedandverifiedduringdevelopment．ThisInternationalStandardalsoprovidesmethodstoimplementandassesstestabilityasanintegralpartoftheproductdesign．Itrecommendsthattheproducttestabilitydocumentationshouldbecontinuallyupdatedovertheproduct'SLifecycle．
