【摘要】:ThispartofISO230specifiestestprocedurestoevaluatethemeasuringperformanceofcontactingprobingsystems(usedinadiscrete-pointprobingmode)integratedwithanumericallycontrolledmachinetool.Itdoesnotincludeothertypesofprobingsystems,suchasthoseusedinscanningmodeornon-contactingprobingsystems.Theevaluationoftheperformanceofthemachinetool,usedasacoordinatemeasuringmachine(CMM),isoutsidethescopeofthispartofISO230.Suchperformanceevaluationinvolvestraceabilityissues,isstronglyinfluencedbymachinetoolgeometricaccuracyandcan,inadditiontothemachinetoolprobingsystemtestsspecifiedinthispartofISO230,beevaluatedaccordingtoISO10360-2andISO10360-5.Numericallycontrolledmachinetoolscanapplycontactingprobingsystemsinmachiningprocessapplications,suchas:-identificationthatthecorrectworkpiecehasbeenloadedbeforemachining;-locationand/oralignmentoftheworkpiece;-measurementoftheworkpieceaftermachining,butwhilststillonthemachine;-measurementofthepositionandorientationofthemachinetoolrotaryaxes;-measurementandsettingofthecuttingtool(radius,lengthandoffsetofthetool);-detectionoftoolbreakage.NOTE1ThispartofISO230focusesonmachiningcentres,butitisintendedthatothertypesofmachines,forinstanceturningandgrindingcentres,beincludedinafuturerevisionofthispartofISO230.NOTE2ThispartofISO230doesnotincludenon-contactingtypeofprobes(e.g.opticalprobes)orscanningprobes,butitisintendedthattheybeincludedinafuturerevisionofthispartofISO230.
